[ROOT] TBrowser and 'cd..'

Hello,

in The TBrowser there is a button to change the directory one level back
(cd..) When I start root and the TBrowser the directory from where I
started root is displayed. But using the button doesn't have any effect.
Also using the listbox to change to a directory at higher level doesn't
work. 
Is this a bug or feature?
