[ROOT] TRotMatrix from TRotation

Hi rooters, 

Currently, for the subj i need to use XX()etc methonds of TRotation.
Would it be possible to intruduce something like

TRotMatrix matrix(&rotation); ?

BTW, those classes do basically the same transformation. What was the
reason to introduce both of them?
