[ROOT] Default height of TGComboBox

Hi rooters,

it would be nice if the default height of a TGComboBox would fit the
height of the displayed font, so that one doesn't need to set a usefull
height manually all the time one creates a TGComboBox (like in a
TGTextEntry)
