Hi Fons,
	The file you asked for: /usr/X11R6/include/X11/Xlib.h was there.
However, it is never #included and therefore the XInitThreads is not
defined. I added a:

#include </usr/X11R6/include/X11/Xlib.h>

to the file GX11Gui.cxx and everything worked. I guess the need of this
file might have to do with the fact that the CERN distribution of RH7.2 is
still not completely correct.
