Hi Robert,

Currently, the Title line is left empty. One can imagine several options
to fill it:
 - via a TStyle::SetTitlePS(const char *title) (like SetHeaderPS now)
 - automatically generated from the TCanvas title when printing a canvas
 - taken from the TPostScript object title
 - via a static TPostScript::SetTitlePS

Any comments ?
