Thanks for the answer.
The problem is that I don't have VC++ on my computer. I have wrote some
utilities which are not time consuming that I would like to distribute here.
I wrote them on a linux but I need to have them working on Windows NT.
Therefore I would like to know if somebody would have a compiled version
compiled with the GUI features for NT.
