[ROOT] installing ROOT with static libraries

Following my posting about install_roota with static libraries, I have received
several requests for the same procedure on several machines.
In the attachement, you can find a small tar file with:
   install_roota_cxx
   install_roota_hpux
   install_roota_linux
   install_roota_solaris

We are planning to add support by default for archive libraries in the next
version early next year.

These scripts do not build a pure static version of ROOT. Some system
shared libs are still required, but my guess is that these shared libs should be
independent of the OS level.
