[ROOT] KSH script to create ntuple from ascii file.

Hi rooters,

I wrote this script a long time ago and I've found it quite useful.

Given an ascii file(s) of n columns it writes and executes a kumac to
create an n column ntuple from the input.

Useful for rookies.

Hope others find it useful.
