Hello Marian,

Welcome to ROOT!  It's really great stuff.  I think what you are looking for
is the TTree class.  This data structure can be used to house an enormous
amount of data.  So, I would begin by looking at that, and some of the
example for using TTree and TFile for I/O.  You might also find TH2F of
interest for visualizing your data in 2D histograms.  There are alot of good
examples on how to use these structures in the tutorial section on the root
home page.  If you get stuck anywhere.. just ask here.  Rene and Fonz just
