Yes :)

Depending of the content of your files, you should look at creating TChain
objects listing 50 of your files at a time and use TChain::Merge.  If you
have also histograms to be merge, check the tutorials/hadd.C (depending
of the version of ROOT you are using the name varies sligthly).

Hi,

I've a set of 200 rootfiles. What I would like to do is merge only 50
files at a time and get a set of 4 merged root-tuples.

Is there a way to do so?
