[ROOT] How to cancel ChangeDirectory() in the TGFileDialog?

Dear ROOTers,

How can I switch off the directory surfing in the TGFileDialog?
I failed to do it in the derived TGMyFileDialog class due to
ChangeDirectory() in the TGFileContainer is not virtual? (?)
