Dear Valeri,

Thank you for suggestion. I checked the memory statistics by
gObjectTable->Print()
after each step (reading of one binary data file) and didn't find any
unexpected dynamics of objects
as well as didn't find any relation between these warnings and memory
dynamics or binary data file processed.
It seems like some problems (?) of ROOT-intrinsic data management...
