Hi rooters
I've uploaded a new version of ROOT with Qt interface for Windows.
http://www.usatlas.bnl.gov/~fine/QtRootDownload.html
The version comes up wth Qt interface "by default", no need to do any extra step
to turn it on. Just install , enjoy,run then  complain.
