[ROOT] Qt / Windows: call for feedback

Hello Rooters,

This is the "semi-final" version of my Qt/Root interface.
At this point I need your kind feedback to make sure no essential thing is missed.

The "proposed" Qt / Root interface consists of 1 Qt signal (for Root -> Qt communication)
and 1 Qt slot (for Qt -> Root link)

- The "signal" is emitted when the pixmap that corresponds to some TPad ROOT object
is painted onto the parent TPad (or Canvas). This way the "Qt" layer is notified
by "ROOT" that pixmap is "READY" to be present.

- The TQtWidget slot can be used by "Embedded" TCanvases to make the embedded Canvas current.
This is to assign gPad to the "embedded Canvas pointer" and allow the ROOT application to "Draw"
  object in there.

To see how it works you may download the last version of Root with Qt interface and try
"xform.CC" macro provided (with source and makefile)

There is some problem with "exit" function. It may cause a crash after ROOT application
is successfully terminated.

In my mind this covers the current ROOT functionality and Root / Qt users needs.
For further information go to Web site.

 Any idea

   Best regards, Valerie
