Dear Rooters,

do you know how to change the Y scale for a 1D histogram...  (ex: to
see a weak peak close to a huge one...).

We tried hist->GetYaxis() then axis->SetRangeUser(), but this doesn't
seem to work for the Y axis of a TH1 as it works for a TH2.
