[ROOT] Qt-based ROOT to trial on UNIX at last

Hello folks,

Thanks Christian Holm Christensen the patch that one can apply
to his/her ROOT version to get the extra share libraries and enjoy 
Qt-based ROOT is available to download and trial. 

The patch replaces the existent "configure" script with one to detect 
the local Qt installation, and adds two new directories, namely qt and 
qtgui to the root source tree to produce two share libraries:
 libQt and libQtGui. 

The source code is one for both major ROOT platforms, namely UNIX 
and Windows. The Windows InstallShield distribution can be downloaded 
as usually. 

It is assume you are in possesion of the working version Qt (v.3 and above)
