Dear Rooters,

A new cycle of the development version 3.03/06 is available
in source and binary formats.
see http://root.cern.ch
for downloading this new version. The html pages have also been updated.

We will introduce the binaries under AFS later today.
At the same time, we will delete the old version 3.01 from AFS

Our plan is to make the final release of version 3.03 around July 10.

Note that both Fons and me will be away until end of June.
