Hi Rooters, I like to do some calculations with higher floating precision than "double". This part will be compiled as shared library and loaded in rootcint. I tried to use libgmp, however I cannot compile my shared library, the error is: Generating dictonary TFuncDict... Limitation: Can not handle macro --gmp_const const Use +P or -p option FILE: /usr/include/gmp.h LINE:38 ..... and a lot of following errors. By the way I'm not a very experinced programmer.... Can anybody help me out there ? Is there another way to do multiple precision float arithmetics with ROOT (ROOTCINT) ? May be one could include some "native" ROOT support for multiple precision ?
