[ROOT] root under windows with cgywin

My mail crashed on send command, so please apologize if this mail might sent twice..

Since there are still problems/limitations on root for windows ist it possible to run UNIX version under windoze using cgywin and be able to use threads and TG classes ?

If so is there any quick guide how to setup root under cgywni ?
