What you do is illegal. You should do
MPhoton *photon = 0;
MElectron *electron = 0;
TBranch *B1=T1->Branch("MPhoton.", "MPhoton", &photon);
TBranch *B2=T2->Branch("MElectron.", "MElectron", &electron);
