[ROOT] How to get a part of an arc

Dear Rooters...

I wonder how it is possible to create an object in ROOT
that looks like an ellipse from where a triangle is cut out
(like the yellow-blue ellipse in the figure in page 129
in the Users_Guide_3_2b.pdf) but also with a smaller
ellipse cut out from it in the center (so that the blue
lines in the figure don't go all the way into the center).

Actually, what I'm interrested in is a TArc
TArc(Double_t x1, Double_t y1, Double_t radius, Double_t phimin = 0, Double_t phimax = 360)
where one also could specify a radiusMin so that the side-lines
don't go all the way to (x1,y1), but finish at another
arc closer to (x1,y1).

Is it possible to create such an object in ROOT or do I have to
first Draw() one big filled arc and then a smaller one, white,
inside that "takes away" the inner part?

With best regards
/ Christian Hansen
