[ROOT] Modes like 000001111

Hi,

in the documentation, where you use different modes (eg 
gStyle->SetOptStat in THistPainter::Paint) you say:
When trailing digites are left out, they are assumed to be 0.

This is really missleading. Because if you would use a number like 00111 
  it would fail, because the number would be interpreted to be an octal 
number. Please remove this statements (found at many point in the 
reference guide) And replace it with a warning:
Never try to use trailing 0s
