[ROOT] TGaxis problem

Dear Rooters,

If I draw a simple horizontal TGaxis with the option "-" i.e. tick marks
on the negative (bottom) side, the tick labels also appear on the bottom
side although they should appear on the opposite i.e. top side. I'm using
3.03/07. With 3.01/06, there is no such problem, the labels appear
correctly on the top side.

Is it a bug or a feature?
