Thank you for anwering my question.
I waked I had guessed wrong.

To tell the truth, I want to fit TH2 projection. 
But Seeing TH2 scattering plot, I misunderstood I can fit
ax +by = c as TGraph class.
So I use TProfile class and I can fit its projection.
