[ROOT] suggestion : option "same" changing line color

Hi,

I had a request from a user to be able to automatically change the color
of a histogram line when using option "same" for drawing. I will certainly
implement it in our environment, but wouln't it be a nice enhancement in
general ? I could see from the beginning the side effects (when do you
change the color, when not, what for 2D, etc...) but it is true that in
our case we use long time series and if two such series are superimposed
with the same color, one doesn't see anything. So the first thing people
do is to change the color or style...
More generally, root assumes there is not much such "automatic" behaviour
in the user interface, to let the user keep full control. But it would be
interesting in some cases to have some kind of automatism, while being
able to switch it off.
Perhaps we can speak about this at the workshop.

I'm sorry if this was already discussed, I couldn't find any reference in
the digest.

Cheers

Damir
