RootTalk: Re: [ROOT] X11 problem I have absolutely the same problem as below , and possible solution suggested by Rene does not changed anything. I have succesfully compiled ROOT 3.03.09 on system with RH Linux 7.2 (and gcc v2.96). Machine has video card: Rage XL AGP. Manufacturer ATI. Driver: ATI Mach64. When I try to draw anything in demos.C computer freezes and I have only printing: " Error in <RootX11ErrorHandler>: BadAccess (attempt to access private resource denied)(XID: 0, XREQ: 88)".
