[ROOT] RedHat 7.2 + gcc 3.2

Hello,
I would like to know if someone as experienced to 1) 
install the gcc3.2 set of compilors and to build ROOT 
with this compilor. A step by step for pedestrians will 
be appreciated.

I am running Linux RH 7.2 and the default gcc 2.96 but I
have cannot managed to compile/link ROOT with my 
application.
