Some of my reconstruction jobs crash after n events (generally where n is a large number). The resulting file which is just a simple tree, is unreadable when I try open it in root I get things like: Warning in <TFile::Init>: file filter.root has no keys I know lots of events were written, is there anywhy of recovering the file rather than deleteing it and rerunning my job.
