Hi Niels,

Centering the labels to the center of a bin was only possible
in TGaxis (via option "M").
I have added a new function TAxis::CenterLabels. This function is visible
in the TAxis context menu (current version in CVS).
Note that this option does not make sense if the number of bins
is not equal to the number of primary tick marks.
