[ROOT] XWindow connection for root...?

Hello,

I am trying to process quite a lot of files with compiled code using
root-classes. Unfortunately I am not able to process more than about 250
files at a time - event not in the batch queues - because, when I get
logged out on d0mino (logging in from clued0) something in the programms
needs an XWindow connection and the jobs exit, because after a while this
connection gets broken...

Following are the error messages I get:
---------------------------------------

Error in <TGClient::TGClient>: can't open display "d0mino.fnal.gov:31.0",
bombing...

and:

X connection to d0mino.fnal.gov:31.0 broken (explicit kill or server
shutdown).^M

...it was no server shutdown, this is for sure!

Can anybody help me or know what I have to do/ommit in the compiled code,
that this doesn't happen anymore and that I can process more files than
only those that run through while I'm still logged in on that machine???

Thanks for any help,
  Daniela

PS:
I just deleted two #includes out of the programm-code:

#include <TCanvas.h>
#include <TH2.h>

TCanvas.h somewhere includes the header-file: "TVirtualX.h", does this
eventually cause the problems I'm experiencing?
