[ROOT] "Report: Unrecognized string..." message when root startup in %rootsys%\tutorials in Win32

Hi,
 I'm using v 3.04/2 on Win2k.  When I startup root in the tutorials area, I
get:

C:\root\tutorials>root
 the current keyboard layout is 437

I don't get the "Report: Unrecognized..." message in any other area.
Perhaps its benign..
