Yes,
It seemed very obvious to me and I didn't  mention it. Sorry.
I use the Athena framework, under which I run the generators and use the
CBNT_Athena tool to create my combined ntuples.
I just put a ROOT file with a ntuple generated by Pythia in my site,
http://cern.ch/skipis/Physics.html, in case anyone wants to take a look.
