[ROOT] Api.h / G__ci.h problems

Hi,
I have found that :
	1. The fact that "Api.h" cannot be parsed by rootcint was reported
	   about half a year ago for 3.03/09
	2. The fact that a proper link to "lib/longlong/longlong.h" is
	   missing seems to be new, but it can be temporarily "fixed" :
	      cd $ROOTSYS/include
	      ln -s ../cint/lib lib
