Hi Colin,

If you wrote your own main program, you may need to create a TApplication
object (see $ROOTSYS/test/stress.cxx)

Cheers,
Philippe.

Subject: [ROOT] drawing a canvas in 3.05/3

Hello,

I've upgraded recently from 3.03/9 to 3.05/3, using gcc 2.95.3 on lxplus.

Now I'm not able anymore to draw a canvas from a compiled program ! I
tried several combinations of Draw(), Modified() and Update(), but it
doesn't help. My program works fine with 3.03/9.

I probably miss a very simple command, but I couldn't find that out on
roottalk or in the sources...

What's the trick ?
thanks !

Colin
