[ROOT] Problems when upgrading ROOT with CVS

Hello rooters,
I tried to upgrade my V.03.05 version of ROOT on my Alpha TRU64 Machine
(configuration alphacxx6) by using CVS.
After typing the "cvs -z3 update -d -P" command, I obtain the following
warning messages:

cvs server: warning: base/inc/TDSet.h is not (any longer) pertinent
cvs server: warning: base/src/TDSet.cxx is not (any longer) pertinent
cvs server: warning: tutorials/dialogs.C is not (any longer) pertinent

Since they are only warnings, I have typed the "./configure alphacxx6"
command, and the "gmake" command. I then obtain the following error
messages:

Makefile:295: hist/src/TF12.d: No such file or directory
Makefile:295: tree/src/TDSet.d: No such file or directory
Makefile:295: proof/src/TProofProgressDialog.d: No such file or directory
Makefile:295: proof/src/G__ProofGui.d: No such file or directory
gmake: *** No rule to make target `base/inc/TDSet.h', needed by
`include/TDSet.h'. Stop.

Could somebody help me or give me recipes to solve this problem?

Thank you for your help!
