[ROOT] FUMILI C++ code

Dear Rooters.

   I am looking for a C++ version of the FUMILI code (in CERNLIB,
constrained fits), and a writeup describing (in English or Russian) the
FUMILI iteration scheme. If anyone has this, please contact me.
It may be useful to include this code in root framework?
