Hi Michael,

In addition to Eddy's comments on your problem, it is my experience
that most minimization problems are due to incorrect bin errors, in
particular in case of weighted entries.
You should provide more information on your particular problem
 - send a Root file with the histogram you try to fit
 - a simple script
