Hi Kevin,

I have the same CYGWIN/gcc setup that you have. I have no problems
building ROOT. I am setting the following variables:

export ROOTSYS=/home/brun/root
export PATH=$ROOTSYS/bin:$MAINPATH
export INCLUDE=$ROOTSYS/include:$MAININCLUDE

with:
