This fixed the problem.
Actually, I took precompiled version of win32gdk.
When I did it xxx70 libraries were absent so I got
Them from internet. It seems that this caused the problem.

I cannot reproduce this problem.
Note that I have generated all the Windows version under WindowsXP
with VisualC++7.NET. Make sure to have all the dlls necessary
to run under older systems. See
