[ROOT] TH3 Projections

Hi,

I noticed that the TH3::Project3D class actually ignores underflows and 
underflows. I don't understand if this is the correct actions. For 
example, if you have some overflow bins in jet Et, you still would want to 
know where those jets were in eta. In the current implementation, that is 
not possible. Is there something I'm missing?
