[ROOT] Suggestions about some functions and constructors

Dear rooter,

root implements very nice objects for arrays of dynamical size. It 
wopuld be nice, if in some functions/constructors one could use this 
arrays directly to prevent accidentaly errors, eg:
all TH* histograms
TMath::Sort
