Hi, I recently downloaded the binaries for Root version 3.05/05 for cygwin. I set the pathways as suggested in Axel Naumann's page. It seems to almost work. The root heading opens, but then I get a stream of error messages starting with "Error: cannot open /home/your_id/root/cint/MAKEINFO". After all of the errors I get a root prompt, but none of the commands I type at the prompt will work, probably because of all of the previous errors.
