[ROOT] h2root complaining about libshift.so

HI

I was trying to convert hbook files to root, but the libshift.so could 
not be found. Indeed, it doesn't exist on my system, however, h2root 
never asked for it before. I looked for this on the root pages, but I 
found explanation only related to compiling root, but I downloaded the 
binaries instead of source files.

I'm using version 3.05, runing on linux RH 8.0.
LD_LIBRARY_PATH is pointing to the root lib dir
