Root-GUI-classes (the TG*-Classes)  works under MS Windows 
(win32gdk version) with full funcionality. As an example you can look at
 
 guitest, guiviewer and Tetris from $ROOTSYS/test
 and guitest.C from $ROOTSYS/tutorials
