First, i must solicit your strictest confidence in
this transaction, this is by it's nature of being
utterly confidential and top secret. I got your
contact through the Chamber of Commerce, (Foreign Trade
Division). 
I am Frank Sali Mboma  a Sierra Leonean, and the daughter
of Col. Johnson  Mboma, of the senior officials of
Revolutionary United front of Sierra Leone (RUF) who
died on 18th of June 2000 with some of his colleagues
during a cross  fire battle between the(RUF ) and the
peace keeping forces in Sierra Leone.
Before the death of my father,he deposited the sum of
Fifteen  Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States
Dollars($15.5 million US.dollars)with a bank in
Darkar Senegal.
Because of the present situation in my country Sierra
Leone, I left my  country immediately for security
reasons,and also to look for a trust  worthy and a
reliable person who can assist us. I am presently in
Dakar, the capital city of Senegal.
I have liased with an attorney here who is helping me
to ensure the release of the fund. He has introduced me to an 
official of the bank. and  i have dicussed
with the man and he has advise  me to look
for a foriegn partner who will assist us in the
transfer of the fund since there is no written will.  
Please, I am highly in need of your assistance both in
transferring the money to your country and also 
investing it as i confide in you hoping you will
never betray me at last. I and my junior ones have
proposed (15%) percent of the total sum of the money
for you,to give us all necessary assistance
that we may need in your country. 
I will let you have the telephone and fax number of
the banker helping us and also his name for you to discuss with him 
directely if you wish. all the vital documents covering the deposit of 
this fund which are with me here in Dakar Senegal and will be fax to you on demand.
Please contact me as soon as you receive this mail. as
i am now here as a refugee in Dakar Senegal.I must
appologize for the inconviniences this might cause
