would someone just try it, please? I know cygwin allows spawns (they're
used e.g. by root win32gcc itself), and I suppose apache's cygwin build
(i.e. not the win32 build!) is running in the same mode as the one used
under linux. I tried finding out, but the web is not willing to tell. So
someone will just have to try.
