Hi Takefumi,

You can set the canvas highlightcolor to the pad color via
  TCanvas::SetHighLightColor
or changing the following line in $ROOTSYS/etc/system.rootrc
  Rint.Canvas.HighLightColor:      5

I will fix TCanvas to not show the highlight color when printing with 
Postscript.
