 This is done by changing the number of axis divisions too. The number of 
axis division is NDIV = (NDIV = N1 + 100*N2 + 10000*N3) where Ni is the 
number of divisions for the "i" level.

Ex:  NDIV = 90510 

means 9 tertiary, 5 secondary and 10 primary.
