Hello saleem, I don't think one can do some generic code to provide such conversion. ROOT files can not be converted to HBOOK one in general. Certainly you can write yourself a simple c++ code about 10 lines that loops over ROOT histogram and fill HBOOK one. for your particular case. Alas I have no my own example (there was no need to provide such conversion so far) My best regards, Valeri ----- Original Message ----- From: "Saleem, Muhammad" <saleem@SLAC.stanford.edu> To: <roottalk@pcroot.cern.ch> Sent: Thursday, September 25, 2003 1:57 AM Subject: [ROOT] Root 2 Hbook > > Hi > > Any one can tell me that in order to conver root file to hbook file, what do i need ? > Do i need to install soem thing because i cannt see any binary whch says roo2h. > Is this not builtin property in root? > > any help please. > > regards > > ---saleem >
