Dear Rooters, dear Masaharu Sorrowly, the new tutorial mlpHiggs.C does not run on MacOS X. The reason is that for the fist time the official ROOT distribution contains a class method, which has variable arguments, namely: Double_t TMultilayerPerceptron::Evaluate(Int_t index, ...) Last year, Masaharu has already tried to solve the problem, see: http://root.cern.ch/root/roottalk/roottalk02/3456.html and the follow-up threads. Sorrowly, I could not help very much. Until now I solved the problem by avoiding variable parameters in my code, but having variable parameters in root methods changes this issue. Since this is a problem of the PowerPC platform, not only the Mac users are affected but probably also all IBM AIX and Linux users who use IBM workstations/mainframes using the POWER4 architecture. It would be great if it would be possible to finally solve this issue.
